Best Head Unit

I'm looking for a touchscreen head unit to replace my Sync system with dual zone automatic climate control. Most of the "Tesla" touchscreen units I'm seeing are from questionable websites. Does anyone have some advice? My main requirement is that it's touchscreen for the radio and doesn't negatively affect other features of my car.
